We shot episode 2 of Diary of A Wedding Planner yesterday. By the way, how do you like the new photo? I LOVE IT!!! Especially the little cake topper of me with a bobble-like head. Jesse Young, a friend of mine from Houston, created it and he did a great job.

Anyhow, yesterday's shoot was a breeze. We all had a fun time, everyone was professional and we wrapped a little earlier than planned so I couldn't have been happier. And on top of that, the real reason for this post is to announce our premiere date. Woooooooooo-hoooooooooooo!!!!

Get ready...

Get set...

The first episode of Diary of A Wedding Planner will premier on a computer near you on 10-10-10 at 10 am Pacific Standard Time. That's this Sunday people! So save the date. Tell your friends. And don't forget to tune in by going to www.diaryofaplanner.com.

  2. Hey Brandi! Do you have any entries detailing the production process of Diary of a Wedding Planner (writing it, budgeting it, hiring a crew, renting equipment, casting it, editing it, fundraising for it, etc.)? I think it's awesome that you exercised your creative muscle as a producer, took the initiative, and Taft-Hartley'ed yourself. I'm thinking of doing the same.

Congratulations!! I look forward to catching the DWP premire :)

@Dani- You're getting married tomorrow- YAAAAAAYY!!! Thanks for the support girl and I hope you're enjoying Vegas.

@Elizabeth- If you're thinking about doing it and you enjoy writing already then go for it! I didn't write extensively about the production process but you can read up on some of it by clicking the "self-produced" or "dwp" tags. I did go into detail about the casting process in one of these posts because it was truly an eye-opener for me.
